*How to book the Party Room
You can book a party package online here, through email, or in person.
A 100 CAD non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
If the schedule permits, you can change the date/time or party package once. The initial deposit will be counted toward the new party package.

*Do I need to sign the waiver?
Yes, first-time customers are required to sign our general waiver. To save time, feel free to sign our waiver online using the link provided. Sign up

*Do my guests need to sign the waiver?
Yes, we will prepare a sign-in sheet prior to your party. We will ask your guests to sign their names when they arrive.

*How long do we have with the Party Room?
You have 2 hours for playing time, and you have up to 20 mins ahead for set up and up to 20 mins after for cleaning up.

*How long do we have the time for Set up and Clean up?
You have up to 20 minutes ahead for set up and up to 20 minutes after for cleaning up.

*Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, you can have your own decoration, as long as avoid any damage. otherwise, we will charge a penalty.

*Can we have candles for our decoration?
No fire is allowed in our unit.

​​

*Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
YES, You can bring your own food and drink if you have booked a party room with HANABABY World. No food or drink is allowed outside of the Party Rooms. We also have a rest area with tables and chairs for drop-in customers.

*Will I be charged for extra party guests? If so, how much?
Yes, we charge $19.99/extra kid, and $7/extra adult.

*Do toddlers get charged regular admission fees too?
Children under one year old are free. We will charge the accompanying adults at 7 dollars each.

*Are there discounts offered for educational organizations, such as schools/daycares booking field trips with HANABABAY World?
